Tailoring Services to Meet Unique Client Needs Enhances Every Travel Experience

At Letty’s Luxury Transportation, we believe travel should be more than just getting from point A to point B—it should be a luxurious, memorable experience. Since day one, our mission has been to elevate the standard for premium ground transportation by providing personalized, high-touch service tailored to the unique needs of every client.

Founded in Charlotte, NC, by Letty Bonilla and built alongside her husband Anthony Boone, Letty’s Luxury Transportation was born from a passion for excellence and a deep appreciation for authentic hospitality. As a family-owned, woman-owned, and Black-owned business, we take pride in offering a distinctive and welcoming experience that reflects our community’s values.

As our company continues to grow, so does our team—now including our daughter, who proudly serves as one of our professional drivers. Her addition strengthens our family-first foundation and brings a new generation of passion and professionalism to our services. We are also proud to have another skilled driver on staff, rounding out our dedicated, service-oriented team.

Family-Owned Business

As our company continues to grow, so does our team—now including our daughter, who proudly serves as one of our professional drivers. Her addition strengthens our family-first foundation and brings a new generation of passion and professionalism to our services. We are also proud to have another skilled driver on staff, rounding out our dedicated team.

Grounded in our Charlotte roots, we continue to elevate travel by delivering exceptional, personalized luxury transportation that leaves a lasting impression.

Exceptional Chauffeured Service Wherever You Go

While we remain deeply rooted in Charlotte, our reputation has taken us far beyond. We proudly serve clients in major cities such as Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Richmond, VA; New York, NY, and other destinations—wherever our clients need trusted, luxury transportation.

We specialize in:

Luxury black car services for business and upscale events
Executive chauffeured transportation
Event transportation for weddings, galas, and special occasions
Airport transfers and hotel pickups
City tours and hourly bookings

The Letty’s Experience—Now in Every Class

In addition to our luxury fleet, we also offer a “Basic Black” compact crossover SUV option—designed for clients seeking a more cost-effective alternative without sacrificing the trusted experience of a professional chauffeur. It’s perfect for those who appreciate the reliability, safety, and customer service of a premium car service, but don’t require the full luxury experience.

Grounded in our Charlotte roots, we continue to redefine transportation by delivering exceptional, customized service that leaves a lasting impression—whether you’re riding in a luxury black car or our Basic Black option.
